1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure all details are accurate.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Colombo & Suburbs: 2–4 working days

Outstation: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotions, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Any special delivery promotions or offers will be clearly communicated on our website or social media.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Once dispatched, you will receive delivery updates via phone or WhatsApp where applicable.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team or courier partner will contact you.

Re-delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent due to customer-related issues.
6. Receiving Your Order

If there are visible issues such as damage or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Policy :
1. Returns
Eligibility:
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn

In original condition with all tags intact

In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items such as customised products or items purchased during final clearance sales are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that meet the return eligibility criteria.

If you need a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
3. Process for Returns & Exchanges
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at 076 6900 037 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address shared by our team.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange.
Refunds, if applicable, will be completed within 7–10 business days.
4. Delivery Costs

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges: A Rs. 350/- exchange handling fee will apply.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will prioritise a replacement or refund.
